Emulsification method
This product is crude oil, emulsifying method: put crude oil, add about 5% TO7 emulsifier and 1% glacial acetic acid (both weight ratio to crude oil), stir for 10 minutes
Then slowly add water emulsification, until the required concentration of uniform emulsion can be filtered out.
Reference process
1. Reference dosage:
Dip rolling process: dip rolling concentration of 10~30g/L. One dip and one bundle, with liquid rate of 80%.
Impregnation process: Reference dosage: 1~3% (O.W.F.), and treatment at 30~50℃ for 15~30min.
Specific dosage and process please make appropriate adjustments according to the actual situation after the customer version.
2. Notes:
(1) Avoid the use of water with high hardness or alkalinity, so as not to affect the processing quality.
(2) The treated fabric shall be dried as soon as possible after dehydration using the impregnation method.
(3) When used, try to clean the residual alkali of the fabric.
